Job Description - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinic-Based, Full-Time/Flexible

Warrensville Heights, OH (Convenient to Solon, Beachwood, Shaker Heights)

$80,000–$90,000+ base salary (based on experience) | Sustainable productivity expectations | Clinician-led culture

New Heights ABA is a clinician-owned and clinician-led practice serving young learners and their families in Northeast Ohio. We prioritize high-quality clinical care, ethical practice, and sustainable workloads so our clinicians can thrive professionally and personally.

This is a clinic-based role designed for BCBAs who value clinical integrity, collaboration, and work–life balance over high-volume billing models. We intentionally design productivity expectations to support ethical supervision, clinical quality, and clinician well-being-not maximize billing volume.

Location & Clinic Environment

Our Warrensville Heights clinic is centrally located near Solon, Beachwood, and Shaker Heights with easy highway access and ample parking. We serve a diverse, engaged community and maintain a structured, professional clinic environment focused on safety, collaboration, and clinical excellence.

What Makes This Role Different

  • Collaborative interdisciplinary environment and engaged caregivers

Is This Role a Good Fit for You?

This position is ideal for BCBAs seeking a clinic-based role with manageable caseloads, predictable hours, and a clinician-centered culture rather than high-volume productivity demands. If you're looking for a sustainable, collaborative, and high-quality clinical environment, we'd love to connect.

  • Direct access to Clinical Director and leadership support

  • Opportunity to contribute to program development, clinical systems, and staff mentorship

  • Flexible approach to caseload and scheduling based on clinician preference

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure clinical quality, ethical ABA practice, and documentation standards

  • Support clinic programming and clinical initiatives

  • Experience with early learners

  • Strong clinical, leadership, and collaboration skills

  • Commitment to ethical, family-centered ABA services

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $85,000–$90,000+ (commensurate with experience and schedule)

  • Flexible scheduling and caseload structure available-salary adjusts based on preferred workload.

  • Paid time off and paid holidays

  • CEU stipend

  • Flexible scheduling options

  • Company-provided laptop
