Job Description - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Durham, NC

Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team in Durham, NC.

This is a full -time, on -site role for a BCBA who values ethical ABA practices, strong collaboration with RBTs and families, and a supportive clinical environment focused on quality care.

Compensation

Total annual compensation: $85,000–$100,000

(Includes base salary plus performance -based bonus potential)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral and functional assessments

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans

• Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs

• Monitor client progress and adjust programming

• Collaborate with families and caregivers

• Ensure ethical, evidence -based ABA practices

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance

Requirements

Required

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

• Eligible for North Carolina Behavior Analyst licensure

• Experience working with children with autism

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
