At the Institute for Applied Behavior Analysis (IABA), we are dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families through high-quality behavioral support. We are looking for a passionate and skilled BCBA to provide evidence-based services and interventions to clients requiring support in our San Diego County region.
This role involves assessing client needs, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and collaborating with families and support staff to achieve positive outcomes. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the community!
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to interventions.
Provide training and support to families and case workers.
Maintain detailed records of client treatment and progress.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for clients.
Stay updated with best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis and contribute to program development.
Complete 25 billable hours/week
Client schedules: Sessions range from 8 am - 7 pm
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
Current BCBA certification and relevant state licensure.
Minimum of two years’ experience providing ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
Strong assessment skills and ability to develop individualized treatment plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Available to travel within San Diego (north and south) County as required
50% telehealth support for Imperial Valley clients
Salary DOE $90,000 - $97,000
