By designing evidence-based treatment plans, coaching caregivers, and mentoring clinical staff, you'll create lasting impact that extends far beyond each session and into everyday life.

Pay: Range starts at $38.50/hour (pay is calculated based on years of licensed working experience)

Schedule: Part-time Flexible Schedule | 29 Hours /week

Job Summary

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) conducts functional assessments of challenging behaviors and designs comprehensive treatment and behavior intervention plans to meet individual and family needs. The BCBA trains and provides clinical supervision for Registered Behavior Technicians and other direct support staff to ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and treatment implementation.

Essential Functions

  • Performs functional assessments for assigned clients
  • Designs, implements, and evaluates behavioral support and intervention plans
  • Supports caregivers of clients with strategies for behavior support to maximize individual and familial functioning
  • Teaches and models behavior support techniques to caregivers and direct care staff
  • Provides clinical supervision, training, and competency assessments to Registered Behavior Technicians and assigned clinical staff
  • Follows agency documentation policies for all phases of treatment, including assessments, care plans, treatment transitions and discharge plans, and client care
  • Collaborates with internal and external multidisciplinary teams regarding clinical aspects of treatment
  • Adheres to ethical and legal standards set by licensing boards and state regulations
  • Meets direct care expectations
  • Participates in ongoing professional development activities to meet licensure, certification, and/or other agency requirements

Requirements

Education

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

Experience

  • None

Licenses/Certificates

  • BCBA certification
  • CPR certification (Post-hire)
  • Valley de-escalation certification (Post-hire)
  • Driving positions require a minimum age of 21 and a current driver's license
