About the Role

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at our Albuquerque clinic, you'll manage a focused caseload, develop and oversee treatment plans, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families, and deliver high-quality ABA services in a welcoming, team-driven environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Salary: $80K–$110K + quarterly bonuses

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – active certification required.
• Clinical Skills: Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collect and analyze data, and monitor client progress.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills for collaborating with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Organizational Skills: Able to manage a caseload effectively while maintaining documentation and compliance with regulations.
• Professional Growth: Commitment to continuing education and staying current with ABA best practices.
• Team Player: Excited to contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
• Work Location: Must be willing to work on-site at our clinic
