Are you a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) eager to make a significant difference in the lives of children and families affected by autism? Why Work at The Place:



  • Compensation: Base salary $72,000 - $88,000 (salary commensurate with experience)

  • Shared Success Bonus Plan: Earn up to $11,400.00 annually  

    • EX. Base Salary + Shared Success Bonus Plan = $83,200.00, starting salary for newly certified BCBAs 



  • Sign-On Bonus:  $10,000

  • Location Premium:  $3,500 to be added to base salary

  • Relocation Assistance: Are you moving from a different state or willing to relocate? We are here to help. 

  • Clear Career Pathways with Pay Increases: level up from BCBA – Clinical Director (also known as CLS “Clinical Lead Supervisor”) – Regional Clinical Director (also known as RCS “Regional Clinical Supervisor)

  • Annual Clinical Conference: Hosted by "The Place" once a year to give BCBAs a social experience to engage with guest speakers, get free CEUs, participate in team bonding activities and enjoy catered food.

  • Free CEUs: In-House CE Training and $1,000.00 Annual Professional Development Stipend.

  • Flexible Work Options: Choose between onsite or hybrid work schedule

What You Will Do:



  • Supervise a small caseload of clients, shaping their developmental journey.

  • Conduct assessments and craft individualized treatment programs that directly impact each child's progression.

  • Maintain meticulous client notes and data, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in therapy.

  • Provide crucial supervision and training to our clinical staff and families, empowering them to support our mission.

  • Evaluate and adapt behavior intervention plans, driving continuous improvement and success.

  • Cultivate a positive and supportive culture among our dedicated team, clients, and families, fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment.


What Will Set You Apart:



  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.

  • Active BCBA certification, State Licensure from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) 

  • Clinical setting experience strongly preferred

  • Proficient in systems such as Central Reach and Catalyst.

  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Established management skills.
