Job Description - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Therapist

Our client, a leading pediatric therapy organization, is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join their passionate and growing team. Specializing in empirically supported Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), this organization delivers home- and clinic-based services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental disabilities, and language delays. With a family-centered approach, this role is perfect for a compassionate and driven BCBA who is eager to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans and behavioral interventions.
  • Regularly assess client progress and update programs to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and internal team members to align treatment goals.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to ABA therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Manage communications with funding sources, providing regular client updates and managing authorizations.
  • Balance billable clinical hours with supervisory and administrative responsibilities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all professional standards and procedures.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $77,000 – $85,000 per year
  • Performance Bonuses: Opportunity to earn an additional $8,000+ annually

Qualifications:

  • BCBA Certification required (or Master’s degree with ABA coursework completed)
  • Qualified Behavioral Health Professional (QBHP) certification preferred
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation
  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English; multilingual candidates encouraged (may lead to additional compensation)
  • Open to both experienced and newly certified BCBAs
  • Willingness to assume higher-level management responsibilities if needed
