Job Description - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) West Lafayette
About the Organization
When parents Debbie and David Ide were unhappy with the options for their child with autism, they didn't wait for someone else to create a solution-they decided to do it themselves. With business backgrounds and experience in running both in-home and center-based autism therapy programs, this duo set out to create an environment that they and other parents would prefer.
The pair knew early on that for kids to reach their potential, parents and caregivers need to be empowered and staff need to feel respected and appreciated. Focusing on these three pillars not only leads to incredible balance but also creates a winning combination for children, their parents, and their therapists.
The premise was simple and quickly translated into the company's mission statement.
Maximize Those Who Struggle
Embrace Those Who Love
Fulfill Those Who Serve
Mission Driven, 1-on-1 Therapy
Each member of our clinical team are dedicated therapy staff who use the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to implement individualized programs for each child. These programs are aimed at improving each child's deficits. Learn more about our philosophy on ABA therapy and Our Mission.
State-of-the-Art Technology
Our centers are equipped with dozens of high-definition cameras that help capture those amazing, transformative moments and offer training opportunities for continued improvement. From the beginning, our programs have leveraged technology to capture data. Our ABA therapists use iPads, not binders, so data is measured, progress is swift, and feedback is timely and accurate.
