YOUR ROLE
As a BCBA, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and goals
- Provide ABA services in a clinical setting
- Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Conduct behavior assessments and analyze clinical data
- Provide direct behavior analysis services
- Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs and other team members
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals
- Monitor client progress and modify interventions as needed
- Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Stay current with ABA research, evidence-based practices, and developments in the field
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- LBA license required
- Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and evidence-based practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to think critically and adapt to changing clinical needs

- The ideal candidate is experienced with:
- Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Behavior analytic interventions
- Clinical data collection and analysis
- Treatment planning and decision-making
- RBT training and supervision
- Clinical technology and data collection systems
- Building strong relationships with clients and families
- Multidisciplinary collaboration

BCBA Certification: Required
The BCBA is expected to adhere to the professional and ethical standards established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Continued professional development and ongoing training opportunities will be provided.
