Job Description - Board Certified Behavior Analyst Full Time

Are you a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) passionate about helping children with autism reach their full potential? Our client is looking for a compassionate and creative BCBA to join their modern behavioral health clinic in Madison Heights, Michigan.

This is a full‑time, clinic‑based role working closely with children and families through evidence‑based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments to determine client needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Oversee and support behavior intervention plans implemented by clinical staff
  • Train, mentor, and support therapy staff and behavior technicians
  • Design effective behavioral systems and assist with performance management
  • Facilitate parent meetings and provide parent training to support carryover at home
  • Create measurable, comprehensive treatment goals for clients
  • Complete all required clinical documentation, reports, and insurance‑related paperwork
  • Collaborate with other professionals involved in the client's care
  • Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and new methodologies
  • Perform additional BCBA‑related duties as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (required)
  • At least 1 year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Valid BCBA licensure (or eligibility) to practice in the state of Michigan
  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a clinic or outpatient behavioral health setting
  • Familiarity with insurance documentation and reimbursement processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams
