Job Description - Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Growth-Minded Organization

We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our collaborative team at Autism Learning Partners in Visalia, CA.

The Basics of this opportunity:

  • Compensation: $78,000 - $82,000 per year
  • Bonus: In addition to the $5,000 sign-on bonus, there's also opportunity to bonus monthly/quarterly (35,000+ in your first three years)!
  • Relocation Assistance: $20,000 is available in relocation assistance for this position
  • Some Benefits Highlights: 15 days of PTO which accrues from Day 1 and 401K Match!
  • Availability we're looking for (this is not the schedule): Mon-Fri flexibility in the mornings and afternoons up until 6pm most nights with preferably one to two evenings per week of availability until 8:30pm. No expectation of Saturday work unless you want to schedule make-up sessions.
  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Job Location(s): In-home with the possibility of some clinic cases
  • Telehealth: Up to 50% of supervision can be done via Telehealth in this position
  • Client Care Expectation: Can vary, but approximately 110 hours per month (5.5 daily hours of productivity)

Job Duties:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and run ABA programs
  • Develop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed
  • Provide field supervision to behavior technicians as required for cases
  • Support staff in meeting productivity requirements
  • Write performance evaluations for behavior technicians
  • Available to parents & behavior technicians by phone when there is an emergency or urgent need
  • Produces progress reports and treatment plans to meet the requirements and submission timelines of regulatory agencies and funding sources
  • Attends staff meetings, training, and other meetings as requested
  • Motivated to lead by example

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related
  • program, required
  • Active BCBA Certification required
  • 3+ years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
  • At least 1 year of experience working with various software solutions for data collection, programming, and report writing tasks
  • Must pass a criminal background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/ VZV during our onboarding, which we will pay for
