The Role: Where Insight Meets Impact
This role is designed for clinicians who want to make a meaningful difference through high-quality, individualized care. As a BCBA, you will oversee the clinical direction of your cases, ensuring that each client receives thoughtful, effective, and ethically sound treatment.
You’ll serve as a key partner to families and a clinical leader to your team, setting the tone for care, building trust, and driving meaningful progress.
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans and meaningful goals.
Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs/BTs through virtual and other appropriate methods.
Monitor data and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Provide caregiver training and ongoing family collaboration.
Collaborate with parents, behavioral therapists, and the clinical care team to support positive client outcomes.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance.
Requirements
Active and unencumbered BCBA Certification.
Active New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential.
Must be Medicaid credentialed in New York State.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience providing ABA services in home-based settings preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
