Job Description - Board Certified Behavioral Analyst

Job Title: Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions for clients with behavioral and developmental disorders. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' behavioral and developmental needs

- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals

- Implement evidence-based interventions and behavior plans to address clients' needs

- Monitor and track client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans

- Collaborate with other members of the treatment team, including therapists, teachers, and parents, to ensure coordinated and effective care

- Provide training and support to caregivers and other team members on implementing behavior plans and interventions

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of client progress and treatment plans

- Stay current with latest research and developments in the field of behavioral analysis and apply them to practice

- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and other professional development activities

Qualifications:

- Must hold a valid Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification

- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA with individuals with behavioral and developmental disorders

- Strong knowledge of evidence-based interventions and behavior management techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proficient in using technology and electronic record-keeping systems
