Board Certified Radiologists

Job Description:

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Board-certified radiologists to join our team at the VA Medical Center in Columbia, SC. As a Board Certified Radiologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality radiology services to the beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform and interpret diagnostic imaging procedures, including but not limited to abdominal/GU, breast imaging, cardiovascular, general, interventional, musculoskeletal, and neuroradiology.

- Provide timely and accurate radiology reports to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of patient care.

- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to infection control and safety policies.

- Adhere to all VA regulations and guidelines in the performance of radiology services.

- Participate in quality improvement activities and continuing education to stay current with advancements in the field of radiology.

Requirements:

- Active license to practice as a Radiologist.

- Current ACLS and BLS certifications.

- Board Certification in Radiology.

- Experience in abdominal/GU, breast imaging, cardiovascular, general, interventional, musculoskeletal, and neuroradiology.

- Knowledge of VA regulations and guidelines.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
