About the Role

We’re seeking a board-certified veterinary dentist (AVDC Diplomate) to help launch ADSG in San Diego, CA. Whether you're looking for leadership, clinical focus, or more balance, we offer the tools, autonomy, and partnership to help you thrive.

What We Offer

• Competitive Base Salary: $175,000–$200,000 + 25% production (no negative accrual)
