Tobler Marina is seeking an intelligent, discerning, driven and fun Boat Sales Associate to add to our Hayden team.

Major Focus:

• Collect and maintain sales database


• Convert prospects to boat/unit sales

Responsibilities Include:

• Efficiently manage CRM


• Timely follow up on prospect leads


• Build relationships with customers and earn their trust


• Establish significant referral network


• Be available to respond to walk-ins, phone inquiries, and email leads.


• Follow entire sales process (Introduction – building rapport, Needs Assessment – qualifying, Presentation – test drive/establishing value, The Close – write up, and Follow-up – delivery and support).


• Be available for boat shows, on water test drive events, and other Tobler events

Candidates Must:

• Love boating; enjoy adventure and appreciate the Inland Northwest’s amazing waterways


• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit; be self motivated, well organized and posses a high attention to detail


• Appreciate consultative selling; be able to qualify leads, interview potential clients and make recommendations


• Enjoy selling a lifestyle; you are never selling just a boat


• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Passionate about providing customer service of the highest quality; understanding the impact of enthusiastic, sincere service


• Have a strong work ethic


• Have basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word and Outlook)


• Have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license

• $18,000 base salary + commissions and bonuses
