Bobcat Rental & Parts Coordinator

Atlas Bobcat, part of the Atlas Companies, is currently hiring a full-time Rental & Parts Coordinator! 

As a leader in the compact equipment industry, Atlas Bobcat takes pride in providing exceptional quality service for heavy-duty, compact equipment in the Chicagoland area.
 

Your New Role:

• Answer customer phone calls and assist in-store customers with rental, parts, and general inquiries.
• Prepare and process rental agreements. Ensure all rental documentation is complete and compliant. Screen customers to meet rental criteria.
• Coordinate delivery and pickup of equipment as needed.
• Verify equipment condition and readiness before and after rental.
• Inventory equipment and monitor availability.
• Identify and source customer parts and equipment needs. Follow through and provide timely availability and order status updates to customers. 
• Correctly distribute new customer parts and service orders. Validate received and pulled counts. 
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
• Assist with general administrative functions of the dealership as needed.
• Other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Customer service experience.
• Excellent communications skills and dependability.
• Ability to work and take initiative in a fast-paced, customer-focused team environment.
• A willingness to learn. 
• Self-motivated and able to own your role and work with minimal supervision.
• Previous automotive, equipment dealer, or rental experience is a plus.
