Body Repair II

MCI is North America’s leader in motor coaches for both the public and private markets. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Heavy Duty Body Repair Technician to join our team in maintaining and repairing our diverse fleet. The Body Repair Technician II is responsible for performing intermediate to advanced-level body repairs on motorcoaches, ensuring all work meets established safety and quality standards.

What You'll Do:

• Perform removal and replacement of:

1. Body panels
2. Body accessories
3. Seating components
4. Mirrors
5. Light assemblies

• Operate and maintain proficiency with tools and equipment, including:

1. Sanders
2. Grinders
3. Standard fastening equipment
4. Standard hand and power tools

• Assist Body Repair Technician I in the performance of skilled work as needed

What You Need To Be Successful:

• Experience in heavy-duty vehicle or motorcoach body repair
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and repair techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
