Body Sculpting/ Esthetic Specialist
Our ideal candidate is a dynamic individual who is sales goal and retention oriented with a passion for
helping others reach their goals. Must have high energy and a burning desire for overall wellness and
recovery. The Body Sculpting/ Esthetic Specialist is responsible for performing all aspects of services
concerning our center operations, the ability to sell and upgrade memberships, and perform and
maintain a thriving Body Sculpting clientele through promotions and follow-ups to our new and existing
guests. The Body Sculpting/ Esthetic Specialist is directly responsible for achieving sales goals through
exceptional guest service, marketing through social media and community events. The Body Sculpting/
Esthetic Specialist will also be responsible for continuing their training and education of our products
and services as well as working as a team to maintain safety protocols within the center.

The Body Sculpting/ Esthetic Specialist should be action oriented, sales driven, ambitious, customer
service driven, upbeat, confident, honest, detailed and goal oriented. This person will work with the
Center Manager to identify and solve problems, set expectations and goals, and complete daily tasks but
should also be able to assist the Manager and other team members on an individual level should they
need help. This candidate shall also possess the skills necessary to perform their duties and
responsibilities with minimal direct supervision. Work closely with the Center Manager to achieve sales
goals daily, weekly, monthly and annually, effectively control inventory merchandise and supplies, and
maintain all areas inside the center.

Qualifications:
• 3 years of sales experience with a high-volume service retailer or fitness center is preferred.
• Ability to work a minimum of 15-40 hours per week part time or full time on a flexible schedule
including nights and weekends.
• Ability to work in a dynamic upscale organization.
• Exceptional time management skills, good judgment, and the ability to multi-task.
• Strong customer service skills, motivated and respectful, with a demonstrated ability to be
coached by management.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with peers, managers and
customers.
• Understands strong business acumen and operations processes
• Computer knowledge including, but not limited to, point-of-sale system, intranet, Microsoft
office, and scheduling systems.
• A strong understanding of the social media space, and ability to create content.
• Ability to utilize social media by creating content for engagement throughout your shift
including photos and videos.
• Perform Body Sculpting and any other esthetic and body services as they are added to our
menu.
• Develop a guest base and meet or exceed reservation goals.
• Booking, confirming, rescheduling and canceling reservations.
• Keep accurate records of each guest session.
• Cleaning and maintaining esthetic equipment and treatment areas.
• Completing thorough consultations for Body Sculpting and esthetic treatments.
• Selling esthetic services to existing and new guests.
• Cross-selling complementary services to amplify guest results.
• Ordering supplies for esthetic treatments.
• Maintain current product knowledge of all lifestyle services and products that we offer guests to
support and enhance their experience.
• Experience or certification in using Body Sculpting equipment is not required but preferred.
