Responsibilities

• Participate in developing a proper repair plan for each vehicle


• Prepare estimates in accordance with Insurance partners and company guidelines


• Maintain and execute a timely schedule before, during, and after completion of repairs


• Communicate supplements to guests and insurance companies on the same business day as written


• Consistently follow-up on warranty related concerns in a timely manner


• Ensure guests’ vehicles are returned clean and in excellent condition


• Stay abreast of and consult with management regarding new procedures and equipment in the industry

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Minimum of one year of experience as a body shop Estimator or automotive insurance claims adjuster


• I-Car certified in Body and Paint Procedures


• Efficiency with computer applications specific to body shop operations. (i.e. CCC1, Audatex, Mitchell Estimation System, Dealer Track, ProfitNet, and Performance Gateway)


• Ability to type and utilize all functions of a computer and various operating programs


• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications


• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment


• Exceptional communication skills and experience dealing with complex issues and customer concerns


• Integrity and honesty are absolute requirements

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment


• Valid driver’s license and good driving record


• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and subsequent random drug screens
