Responsibilities

• Evaluate damaged vehicles and determine the necessary repairs required.


• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for parts and labor.


• Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair options and costs.


• Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.


• Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate assessments of repairs.


• Maintain organized records of estimates and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in auto estimating or as a service technician is preferred.


• Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell services effectively.

• Ability to transmit information clearly and effectively to both customers and team members.


• Familiarity with auto service management practices is a plus.
