Sierra Motors,is looking for a highly motivated Auto Body Estimator. Possible advancement to management for the right candidate.  

MUST HAVE CCC EXPERIENCE 

This position will be Monday through Friday 7 AM to 5:00 PM.

The Estimator Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $18-$25 per hour plus bonus..

• Greet customers and provide estimates using CCC Estimating system


• Track progress through the shop and keep customers informed of progress


• Work with insurance adjusters for proper billing and approvals


• Track and collect over due payments


• Create and track supplemental repairs after initial quotes


• Close repair order paperwork the day the vehicle is being delivered to the customer


• Knowledge of CCC estimating system for supplemental parts ordering and receiving


• One year experience in an Estimator role or comparative experience a plus
