About the Role

Preferred Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Muskegon is expanding and seeking a skilled Body Shop Estimator to join our high-performing collision repair team. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate estimates, smooth communication with insurance partners, and exceptional customer service throughout the repair process.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Greet customers and perform detailed damage assessments

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare and present accurate repair estimates using CCC One or similar estimating software

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with insurance companies and internal repair teams

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee repair timelines and parts ordering

  
  


• 
  

  Provide consistent updates to customers during the repair process

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure quality and accuracy on all estimates and final repairs

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  2+ years of estimating or insurance appraisal experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with CCC One or comparable software

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and organizational skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to manage multiple repair orders in a fast-paced environment

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
