Body Shop Glass Estimator & CSR

As the Glass Estimator & Customer Service Representative at Abra Auto Body, you will be the main point of contact for our guests that have glass needs.  Experience in the automotive job field is not required.  We are hiring highly motivated and customer-centric candidates from ALL fields!  We will train you and give you all the tools and knowledge needed to become an outstanding Glass Estimator

We offer our Glass Estimators competitive pay, in the range of $40,000 - $45,000+ annually.

Essential functions and duties include:

• Greet customers on the phone, or as they enter the store


• Quote and Coordinate daily glass repairs (Windshields and rock chips)


• Reconcile all glass insurance receivables with payments using the accounting schedule


• Complete data entry and audit of all closed files


• Maintains a professional appearance and keeps a clean, presentable work area for customers


• Assists with clerical and other duties as assigned.
