Body Shop Manager

We have an immediate opening for an energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated collision professional to join our growing and dynamic team! Qualifications:

• 2+ years of related experience in a collision management position preferred
• 2 years of sales experience preferred
• PA State Appraiser's License
• Excellent customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities:

• Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.
• Hires, trains, motivates, and monitors the performance of all body shop employees.
• Monitors technicians' daily productivity reports and corresponding payroll records.
• Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks.
• Handles customer complaints immediately and according to company guidelines.
• Monitors the maintenance of paint booths, frame straightening equipment, and other large fixed assets to ensure long-term usage and value.
