- Greeting customers and obtain all necessary insurance coverage for Damaged vehicles
- Consulting with technicians about needed repairs, tear down and estimates
- Answering customer questions about repairs
- Informing customers about insurance findings
- Overseeing and managing the Body Shop scheduling and workflow
- Informing customers of changes in repair times or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers promptly
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Clearly report all vehicle damage to the insurance carriers
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Establish follow up time
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the repair, and update customers daily
- Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers and collect funds for the repairs
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
- Past experience as a Body Shop estimator, service advisor, assistant lane manager or service consultant
- Above-average energy level
- A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
- Personal and professional integrity
- Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs including CCC Estimating system and Dealertrack DMS
