Body Shop Manager

We are seeking an experienced, energetic estimator/manager for our truck body shop in the Delaware County area. 

Responsibilities:

• Estimate/supplement writing for all necessary repair orders including labor and parts
• Obtain competitive parts price quotes
• Repair selling, problem-solving, negotiating with insurance and customers
• Manage body and paint production schedule and efficiency of all technicians
• Working with technicians to ensure the best repair plan is developed for each job
• Daily management of technicians and production of body shop 
• Ensure quality control process on all completed jobs

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, employees, and vendors
• Leadership qualities 
• Strong attention to detail

Preferred but not Required Experiences: 

• At least three years of experience as a Body Shop Estimator. Heavy Duty Truck experience is preferred
• Experience managing other technicians is preferred
• Experience with estimating software such as Mitchell, Adjustrite, TruckEst or CCC preferred
