King O’Rourke Cadillac Buick GMC located on Route 347 in Smithtown NY, is seeking a highly skilled, detail-driven, experienced BODY SHOP MANAGER to join our award-winning team. 

We have a high-volume family-owned Body Shop with almost 50 years in the business & offer the BEST PAY PLAN ON LONG ISLAND! This is a RARE opportunity.

The right candidate must have large Independent or Franchised Dealer Body Shop Management experience. Current certifications and licenses a big plus. Reynolds computer experience also a plus. Super Opportunity with an excellent compensation package. Pay range based on performance, previous experience, and skill level.

Responsibilities include;

• The overall efficiency, profitability, and reputation of our auto body shop operations


• Develop business through insurance adjusters, customers, and other sources to assure an adequate sales volume


• Provide a department operating profit and maintains customer satisfaction standards while controlling expenses.


• Directs the activities of body shop employees in performing body repairs, including meeting time schedules and productivity levels and maintaining quality standards.


• Monitors the progress and completion of vehicles in the shop


• Understands, keeps abreast of and comply with state, federal and local regulations that effects body shop operations


• Excellent communication necessary with strong leadership and management skills
