Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas as needed

- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results

- Apply paint using spray guns and other tools, ensuring even coverage and a smooth finish

- Inspect finished work for quality and make necessary touch-ups

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an auto body painter or in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials

- Attention to detail and a keen eye for color matching

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent time management skills

- Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications: 

• I - CAR certified a plus
• Experience with BASF a plus
