Body Shop Painter Apprentice

As a Painter Apprentice, you will play a crucial role in supporting the automotive painting process while develop skills in the automotive painting process while under the supervision of our experienced painters.  

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, filling, and cleaning


• Mix and apply paint according to specifications and safety standards


• Maintain a clean and organized work area


• Learn to operate and care for painting equipment and tools


• Follow all safety procedures and company policies


• Support the body shop team in daily tasks as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.


• Good communication and teamwork skills.


• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.


• Basic knowledge of automotive painting is a plus but not required.


• Clean driving record
