Description of the role:

Rowe Ford Sales is looking for a Body Shop Parts Coordinator to join our team in Westbrook, ME. This role involves coordinating the parts inventory for our body shop, ensuring that the necessary supplies are always available for repairs and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Ordering parts and supplies for the body shop


• Managing inventory levels and conducting regular audits


• Coordinating with vendors to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery


• Working closely with the body shop team to meet repair timelines


• Any other duties assigned by manager.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in parts coordination or inventory management


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
