Core Responsibilities:

• Assist body shop technicians by providing accurate parts information and availability.


• Order and receive parts from suppliers in a timely manner.


• Manage inventory and maintain organized parts stock.


• Communicate with vendors to resolve order discrepancies and follow up on delayed shipments.


• Provide excellent customer service to internal staff and external customers.


• Maintain proper documentation and update parts database regularly.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience in parts counter or automotive parts sales preferred.
