Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Counter Person to join our dynamic team at Ken Ganley Automotive Group in the US. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support throughout the vehicle purchasing process.

Responsibilities

• Assist techs and adjusters in selecting required parts.


• Pull and organize parts from stock.


• Answer phone calls - providing price quotes and other information.


• Place orders for parts not in stock.


• Assist outside sales representatives with their orders.

Qualifications

• Must be organized and driven.


• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in automotive or business preferred.


• Proven experience in customer service or retail sales, preferably within an automotive environment.


• Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and repair processes.


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.


• Proficiency in inventory management practices.


• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
