The Body Shop Porter helps ensure complete customer satisfaction by moving vehicles in and around the service area and maintaining the cleanliness of vehicles and the service area. The ideal candidate has a high energy level, positive attitude, desire to work in a fast-paced environment and a valid driver’s license. Must be able to pass drug screens including marijuana. This position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:30am until 5:30pm with a 1 hour lunch break.

Responsibilities
Wash cars on pre-wash/final wash board
Empty trash cans (tech & paint area)
Sweep tech bays
Sweep front area of shop
Zamboni floors in shop
Break down cardboard
Throw away old parts techs removed from vehicles in appropriate bin
Keep rugs in front of shop nice and in line
Wipe down office spaces/doors
Clear parts carts after cars have been repaired and left
Make sure parts are on shelves and not across the tape line
Clear any trash or car parts from body shop parking lot
Clean floors in paint area (only after painters have left for the day)
Clean/ wipe down shop equipment (i.e., Welders, porter cart, paint carts/stands)
Clean/ restock wash bay
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends
Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve
High school diploma or equivalent
Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
