Body Shop Receptionist

Champion Chevrolet GMC is seeking a friendly and organized Body Shop Receptionist to join our team in LaGrange, KY. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring smooth communication between clients and our body shop team. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly as they arrive and provide a positive first impression of the body shop.


• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage incoming inquiries efficiently.


• Coordinate communication between customers and technicians regarding repair status and timelines.


• Maintain accurate records of customer information, work orders, and billing details.


• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and processing payments.


• Assist with overall office organization to support smooth operations of the body shop.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.


• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with scheduling software and Microsoft Office.


• Professional and friendly demeanor.
