Responsibilities 

• Prepares estimates for repair work according to dealership, insurance company, and industry standards


• Oversees delivery of repairs and manages customer expectations


• Ensures required documentation is complete and in compliance with industry regulations and standards


• Assigns work to technicians and ensures all work meets quality control standards


• Maintains excellent customer service focus and documents all customer interactions for each job


• Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored


• Adheres to work schedule and maintains regular attendance


• Performs Devils Lake Cars wide duties as requested by the designated supervisor


• Upholds Devils Lake Cars' ethical standards and demonstrates the behavioral and service expectations as defined in our policies and procedures
  

Qualifications 

• Be at least 18 years of age


• Have a valid driver’s license


• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check


• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Basic personal computer skills


• Working knowledge of the automotive industry


• Experience with CCC1 estimating preferred


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Applicants may be drug tested
