Sheboygan Auto Group is hiring an experienced Body Shop Technician / Collision Repair Technician to join our high-volume shop. If you’re a productive technician who takes pride in quality work, this is an opportunity to step into consistent work and top-tier earning potential.

Compensation

• Expected annual earnings: $90,000 – $140,000+


• Flat rate / flag hour pay structure


• No cap on earnings — top performers earn more

What You’ll Do

• Perform collision repair on vehicle body panels and structures


• Complete dent repair, panel replacement, and structural repairs


• Prep, prime, and refinish vehicles to OEM standards


• Operate frame machines, welding tools, and paint equipment


• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and dealership quality standards


• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace


• Collaborate with estimators and team members to hit production goals

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of auto body / collision repair experience preferred


• Strong knowledge of body repair, refinishing, and paint prep


• Frame and structural repair experience is a plus


• ASE or I-CAR certifications preferred (not required)


• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship


• Self-motivated with strong production mindset


• Valid driver’s license required


• Must have own tools
