Assist experienced technicians with collision repairs — including disassembly, sanding, priming, and reassembly.
Help inspect and document vehicle damage for repair estimates.
Learn to replace or repair panels, bumpers, fenders, and doors.
Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming.
Support the team with part tracking, vehicle movement, and tool delivery.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all safety and quality standards while learning to use professional repair tools and equipment.
Perform additional duties as needed to keep repairs running smoothly.
Strong mechanical aptitude and genuine interest in automotive repair.
Eagerness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians.
Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.

Preferred:
Basic knowledge of automotive systems or experience in a shop setting.

Enrollment in or completion of an automotive or collision repair training program.
On-the-job training and mentorship from certified technicians.
