Job Title: Auto Body Technician (Body Shop Technician)

Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled Body Technicians to join our team! If you have experience working on all makes and models and take pride in your craft, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work independently or in a team, and have a strong understanding of collision repair procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform auto body repairs and refinishing with precision


• Work with various tools, equipment, and technologies


• Inspect vehicles for damage and complete repair estimates


• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment


• Communicate effectively with the shop team and management


• Maintain a high standard of quality in all repair work

Pay and Benefits:

• Competitive hourly wage starting at $20 - $24 per hour, based on experience

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as an Auto Body Technician (at least 1-2 years preferred)


• I-CAR certification is a plus (but not required)


• Ability to read and interpret repair orders and blueprints

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
