Things to note before applying for this position:
- This position requires a minimum of 30 hours (no more than 40) per week; including: early mornings (beginning at 5:30 am), evenings (beginning at 3:00 pm) and weekends (7:30 am - 2:30 pm), with the schedule including a variety of all three. At a minimum one weekday, early morning, one weekday evening and one weekend day will be required.
- Previous sales and/or retail experience required, or experience in a relatable position.
- References are required: One personal reference and one professional reference.
- This job is not a seasonal position. Candidates must be available in the fall/winter.

Who We’re Looking For
BODYBAR Pilates is looking for a high-energy, people-loving LEAD Sales Associate to help grow our member base and create an unbeatable studio experience. You’ll drive sales, support members, assist the Studio Manager, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life—all while working alongside a fun, motivated team. This is a minimum of 30 hours per week (potentially up to 40 hours per week) flexible scheduling, reporting to the Studio Manager.
What You’ll Be Doing
Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships.
Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
Hit your daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales, you're all about results.
Be our brand ambassador—represent BODYBAR at local events and help grow our presence in the community.
Stay organized and efficient by keeping member bookings and interactions accurately logged.
Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class—you help turn workouts into experiences.
Assist as needed—additional projects and responsibilities may be assigned by the Studio Manager and/or Owners.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Goal-oriented with an ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email
- Passionate about fitness
- Professional, trustworthy, and punctual
- Proficient with computers and studio software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- Previous sales and/or retail experience required
