Bodywork & Composite Finisher

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Bodywork & Composite Finishers for projects located in the Orlando, FL area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $23-25/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:        

• Apply body fillers and Bondo to composite surfaces
  
• Sand and prep fiberglass components for finishing
  
• Perform repairs and cosmetic corrections
  
• Work with FRP and fiberglass materials
  
• Support casting and fabrication operations
  
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards
  
• Maintain a safe and organized work area

• Previous experience in bodywork, fiberglass repair, or composite finishing
• Knowledge of sanding and surface prep techniques
• OSHA 10; TI can provide training for qualified candidates
• All PPE
