Position Overview

VIVÂMEE Hospitality is seeking a results-driven Wedding Sales Manager at Bohemia Manor Farm to lead wedding weekend sales efforts and convert prospective couples into booked events. This role is responsible for managing inbound inquiries, conducting venue tours, building client relationships, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving established sales goals.

The ideal candidate is a hospitality-focused sales professional with strong relationship-building skills, experience managing a sales pipeline, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full wedding sales cycle from inquiry to signed contract.
  


• Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, text, and online channels.
  


• Qualify prospects through discovery conversations to understand event needs, budgets, and timelines.
  


• Conduct personalized property tours and sales presentations.
  


• Prepare customized proposals, pricing, and contracts.
  


• Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
  


• Follow up consistently with prospective clients to maximize conversion opportunities.
  


• Collaborate with operations, culinary, and event teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  


• Participate in wedding expos, networking events, open houses, and property showcases.
  


• Meet or exceed monthly and annual wedding sales goals.
  

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of sales experience in hospitality, events, weddings, hotels, resorts, or related industries.
  


• Demonstrated success achieving sales targets and closing business.
  


• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  


• Experience managing multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
  


• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  


• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible schedules as needed.

Salary Information:

$45,000 Annually PLUS 2% commission upon booking, 1% commission upon booking and 1% commission upon execution of the event. No cap on commission. If the annual goal is surpassed, the incentive increases to 1.25% upon booking and 1.25% upon execution.
