Bojangles Shift Leader

The Shift Leader is responsible for the operation of a Bojangles’ restaurant during their assigned shift to include Quality/Service/Cleanliness, maintaining excellent guest relationships, assisting in the development of best-in-class team members, and achieving financial responsibilities. The shift leader may be in service or in the kitchen area.

Responsible for food production and labor deployment, cash control, and initiating corrective actions. Ensures the restaurant operation follows all local jurisdictional/federal and regulatory compliance standards.

Serves as a role model for Bojangles’ Core Values, Servant Leadership and actively engages as a Brand Ambassador within the community.

Shift Leaders - start between $15.00 - $17.00

· Flexibility in schedule with availability to open or close and run shifts without supervision required.

· Ability to multi-task recommended.

· Ability to stand long term, bend to clean and/or stock and lift products up to 50 lbs. 

· High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) recommended.

· Ability to pass a Background Check based on job requirements required.
