BoJangles Shift Leader

Description

Bojangles Shift Leader works full- or part-time to help promote excellent guest service and the development of best-in-class team members. During the assigned shift this position supports the location in complete operations of a Bojangles’ restaurant. Shift Leaders promote the Bojangles’ Core Values, are Servant Leaders and are engaged as a Brand Ambassador in the community.  

List of Responsibilities:

 • Ensure Quality/Service/Cleanliness standards are maintained at all times during shift. Immediately correct deficiencies in orders to protect the brand name and customer base. 

• Assist in ensuring Food Safety systems and processes are understood, implemented, and in compliance in order to meet jurisdictional requirements, guest safety and Bojangles’ standards.

 • Model Servant Leadership by communicating our Vision and Values through actions, examples, and daily performance. • With limited direct supervision perform necessary tasks to meet operational standards. 

• Maintain operational efficiencies through effective use of inventory and labor controls, organization, and time management. 

• Perform assigned daily maintenance and cleaning activities.

 • Understand and uphold company policies and procedures which include location procedures and those relating to Payroll and Human Resources.

Requirements

 Shift Leaders 

· Flexibility in schedule with availability to open or close and run shifts without supervision required.

· Ability to multi-task recommended.

· Ability to stand long term, bend to clean and/or stock and lift products up to 50 lbs. 

· High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) recommended.

· Ability to pass a Background Check based on job requirements required.
