This is how you will grow:

• Support the thermal engineering team with complexity and BOM management
• Maintain all component BOM metrics (mass, cost, change level, etc.)
• Interface with Mexico change team
• Strong experience with VW change management process
• Experience with drawing and model release process used by VW group
• Work with concept team to maintain up-to-date CAD, TPB, and BOM.
• Proficient with CATIA V5 for drawing review and complete of release process.
• Responsible for completing deliverables on-time.

Requirements

• Automotive OEM experience is required
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a relevant field.
• Knowledge of Thermal and HVAC hardware
• Experience with BOM & Engineering Change Management
• Ability to build strong working relationships with individuals at all organizational levels.
