We’re looking for a skilled, DOT Certified Diesel Mechanic who takes pride in keeping vehicles safe, reliable, and in peak condition. What You’ll Do:

• Perform scheduled maintenance and DOT inspections on fleet vehicles and service diesel-powered equipment


• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues across multiple trades’ equipment


• Coordinate repairs with department managers to reduce downtime and keep operations running smoothly


• Respond quickly to emergency breakdowns and field service requests


• Maintain accurate service records, logs, and inventory for tools and parts


• Keep Bonfe’s equipment and shop tools safe, calibrated, and ready for action

What We’re Looking For:

• DOT Certification required with a valid CDL strongly preferred


• 3+ years of diesel maintenance experience—bonus if it includes service vehicle or utility fleet work


• Master problem-solver who knows their way around hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems


• Organized and dependable with a proactive, safety-first mindset


• Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs. and working outdoors in varying conditions
