As part of Cheer Home Care, you’ll provide vital non-medical home care services to our wonderful clients, helping them live comfortably and joyfully at home. Your day will be filled with meaningful interactions and the satisfaction of making a difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities.

Hiring Bonus: 💰 $200 for qualified caregivers with an active HCA and negative TB, after completing just 36 hours of work! We have plenty of open 12-hour shifts many of our caregivers are currently working 4–5 shifts a week and loving it!

Hourly Pay Rate: 💵
$20–$23/hr (standard shifts)
$25/hr (short shifts 4 hours)
$24–$27/hr (couples care)
Overtime pay after 8 hours! This is an incredible opportunity to work longer shifts, earn great pay, and make a real difference every day.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Providing companionship and personal care to our clients
• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Helping clients with mobility needs and transfers
• Ensuring a clean and safe environment for clients
• Offering emotional support and encouragement

• Cell phone with internet access
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Preferred but not required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED certifications

Cheer Offers:

• Hourly Rate: $20 to $23, depending on experience, certifications, reference reviews, car access, and more.
