Job Description - Bookkeeper

Schedule / Expected Work Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Some flexibility available for the right candidate.

Job Summary

As Bookkeeper, you’ll support the financial health of the business by keeping financial records clean, organized, and current. From entering transactions to preparing reports and assisting with payroll, this role ensures financial processes run smoothly and reliably.

Responsibilities

Enter financial transactions accurately into accounting software

Manage accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliations

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Provide administrative support to the finance team

Help ensure financial compliance and audit readiness

Qualifications

1–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience

Proficiency with QuickBooks and spreadsheet tools

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized

Strong communication and collaboration skills
