Job Description - Bookkeeper

Immediate opening for a Full Charge Bookkeeper at a medium sized personal injury law firm. Candidates should have prior experience working in law firms or with an escrow account. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years experience working with QuickBooks.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to...

-Managing all AP/AR functions for the firm.

-Depositing and issuing checks from both escrow and operating accounts daily.

-Paying costs for client files.

-Managing bills for the firm, keeping track of the firms outstanding bills.

-Developing weekly cash flow and financial statements.

-Completing reconciliations monthly for all bank accounts and credit cards.

-Preparing 1099’s and tax reports for CPA as requested.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
