About the Role: 
We are seeking a detail-oriented Mid-Level Bookkeeper to join our growing team, who will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the company. In this role, you will have access to the platform Accounting Manager as a resource and partner. You will support daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain the integrity of financial data for our Poulsbo and Issaquah locations.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts on an accrual basis 

• Assist in month-end and year-end close processes 

• Process accounts payable and receivable 

• Prepare journal entries, financial statements, and supporting schedules 

• Collaborate with the Accounting Manager to improve processes and reporting accuracy 

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards 

• Generate financial reports and respond to ad hoc reporting needs 

Qualifications: 

• 3–5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience 

• Solid understanding of accrual accounting principles 

• Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct is preferred 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting best practices 

• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
